On behalf of the Bermuda Police Boxing Section, I am happy to provide a testimonial concerning the Mult-E-Pass service provided by Mr. Ivan Outerbridge and Eye Designz.

The Boxing Section used the Mult-E-Pass ticketing service for our 2007 Black Tie Boxing event and we were very pleased with it. We opted for a large fold-out ticket cover that provided us with additional space for event information. The extra ticket space also allowed us to provide recognition to our ticket sponsors. The Mult-E-Pass ticket covers are printed in full colour with graphics and photographs which allowed us to be much more creative with the design. Ivan assisted us with the design of the tickets and we incorporated that same design into our event posters and event programme to provide consistent event branding.

Whilst the overall cost of the Mult-E-Pass tickets was more than the standard card tickets we had used for previous events, we believe that the added benefits of Mult-E-Pass outweigh the additional cost. The design and appearance of the full colour ticket covers resulted in a classier appearance and set the tone for our event. The design allowed us to attract sponsorship for the tickets and feature the sponsors on the ticket covers, thereby reducing the financial cost of producing the tickets.

An important benefit of using the Mult-E-Pass system is the gate control for the event. Eye Designz provided staff to control the entrance gate for our event, scanning and collecting the electronic tickets on initial entry and applying invisible ultraviolet stamps to each entrant’s hand. Those UV stamps facilitated quick and efficient scanning of all patrons who passed back through the gate, thereby preventing access by non ticket holders. The service provided for gate control freed up our volunteers to concentrate on other duties.

We received several favourable comments from our patrons who were impressed by the quality of the tickets and the professional gate control process. We will utilize the Mult-E-Pass system for our future events.
