What is a Mult-E-Pass or SecureCODE Ticket?

A Mult-E-pass Ticket is a smart card, similar to the laundry cards now in use. Our Mult E Pass provides secure validation at the door/gate and speeds up entry for patrons. Our Mult E Passes eliminate counterfeiting and fraud.

A SecureCODE Ticket is a barcoded ticket, similar to Ticket Master. This ticket uses a barcode to secure validation at the door/gate preventing counterfeiting and it too speeds entry for patrons.

What if my event is pay at the door?

We would provide you with STANDARD Mult E Passes or SecureCODE ticketst o sell at the ticket booth/table. These passes/tickets are then collected at the door by our staff and swiped/scanned as per normal. You would still get the event details via a report at the end of the event.

Why would I use this as opposed to what I already use?

Our e-pass services will add sophistication and automation to your current MANUAL solution. Your patrons will be pleased by its ease of use. You even get detailed REAL TIME reporting of your events. With the option of you offering an E-Ticket Club to your patrons, you can then either:
- Sell the Mult E Passes to patrons like season passes for all of your events (you then pre-sell your next events in advance).
- You can sell advertising space on the Mult E Passes to sponsors.
- Promoters can pay for the cards and distribute them to patrons free of charge.

Either option, once the Mult E Passes are registered to the patron, you can load other benefits on it.

Can I still use our online purchasing?

Yes. Actually our system makes the E-Ticket experience better. By forming a members club, your patrons can own their cards and pay for your events online. The event will be programmed by us for all the members cards. Your patron then just shows up and is granted entry. Keeping their card.

What happens when a patrons’ ticket is lost or stolen?

As an added benefit, if a card gets lost or stolen, and you know the serial number of the ticket, the card can be black listed and a new card gets loaded with the tickets/info contained on the old card. This option is ONLY for the Mult E Pass Smart cards, SecureCODE ticket MUST be treated as CASH

How much will this cost me?

A Mult E Pass Ticket and full ticket handling service, plus printed packaging for less than $1.50 per ticket. Although this may be slightly more for just purchasing regular paper tickets, you must count in the costs to have persons to manually handle your tickets at the door/gate. Plus you get detailed reports.

How does it work?

An E-pass/E-Ticket has essentially three components, the card/ticket, the hardware to read the card/ticket, and the software (laptop to run it). The card/ticket holds the the ticket information, the readers see the info and the software validates the info. Quick simple and secure.
