Preventive Health Care Tool

Based on the Child ID Kit offered in the US and Canada, the card will have all the necessary information needed. In case of an emergency or unfortunate accident, they are INSTANTLY able to provide accurate and detailed information to police or medical staff, saving precious time in receiving medical treatment for injuries and notification of parents. The card is not intended to be carried by the child (unless deemed responsible enough by parents) as they can easily lose it. Cards should be carried by both parents or guardians, care givers, grandparents, and other close relatives. They can also be given to babysitters and daycare providers.

Is This Card REALLY Necessary?

- Your child is in transit from school to home (after school hours) and is involved in accident, possbly unable to talk. this card will allow persons to identify your child and know who to call.

- You are abroad in the mall and you turn around... your child is gone. You can give this card to the store clerk to find out if they have seen your child.

- Your child is on a group trip overseas... You can give this card to the chaperones to notify you in the event of emergency, or know if your child has any conditions.

- Your child is on a sports team... The coach can have one of these cards for each team member so ALL medical and contact info is on hand in the event of injury.

- Your growing child is now away in school, if something were to happen would anyone know who your child is, or know how to contact you?

- Your child is in a friends car and there is an accident.

This card can also be used for adults with medical conditions. Think of this as a medic alert card. Notify relatives and loved ones when it happens.
